It’s so nice to meet you!

For years, I felt crappy—literally crappy.

I suffered from Irritable Bowel Syndrome for the entirety of my twenties. During a time in my life that was supposed to footloose and fancy free, one of my top priorities anywhere I went was to know where the nearest washroom was.

My anxiety was through the roof.

I tried everything: elimination diets, cleanses, eating like a body builder. Nothing relieved my discomfort: I was in pain, I was depressed, and I had zero energy.

My young son would ask me to play with him, but I was so exhausted that I would make up excuses as to why I couldn’t even stick a couple of Lego blocks together. I felt like a terrible mother.

In short, my digestive issues were ruining my life. I was miserable. I realized I could no longer rely on fad diets to remedy my suffering, and I was sick of trying every unsubstantiated claim not based on science. I took my health into my own hands and enrolled in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I learned about how our bodies use food as fuel, about potentially harmful environmental factors that can contribute to health issues, and about how important all the digestive process are, from chewing to p—well, you know. I learned about how integral proper gut health is to living full, energized life. I found the solutions—and hope—I’d been looking for. As a single mom who has often worked two or three jobs at a time, I understand how truly difficult it can be to incorporate new habits into an already overpacked life. What I offer you are affordable, effective, and most importantly, sustainable solutions that you can use to better your life without creating further stress on your schedule or family management systems. By integrating proper gut health, I’ve changed my life: these days, I’m the one asking my son to play.

I would love to help you change yours!
