Hi! I'm Stephanie, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Circle Of Life Nutrition (and Gut Health Guru). I help women heal their gut without extreme diets or fear of carbs.
I started my gut healing journey back in 2014 after spending over 10 years going from Doctor to Doctor, Specialist to Specialist and doing countless tests, diets and medications to try to "heal" my gut. In the end I was told I had IBS and there was nothing I could do about it, except try to manage my symptoms - and eliminate coffee. Thats where I drew the line haha.
I implemented what I learned nutritionally and holistically, and within 6 months I was completely symptom free from both IBS and stage 4 endometriosis. I was completely shocked! I started implementing the same protocol with my clients and they got the same results as me! Only faster. I now help people overcome their gut issues in 4 weeks or less.
